When the project has been completed and delivered to and accepted by the client, CC Soft will provide the client with two hours training on the use of the back end software.
Hosting Service:
CC Soft will be in charge of the maintenance of the server that hosts the client web site. CC Soft will provide a backup system for the server in case that the server used by the client web site is down. CC Soft will keep the web site available to the Internet, 24 hours a day, 7days a week.
Technical Support
CC Soft will provide the client with any necessary technical support based on CC Soft customer service agreement accepted by the client. CC Soft will ensure the security, scalability, flexibility and intelligence of the client e-business.
